We spend every day working with information. From our graduate programs, news sources, and even Netflix, information permeates our lives. It even reaches the art world. Information ARTchitecture blends the theme of information with a variety of art mediums to produce the inaugural iSchool art exhibition. The Faculty of Information partnered with local arts organization Sketch, which engages young people living on the margins through the arts, to foster inclusivity and social justice in a singular art exhibition.

Information and art serve to provide people with multiple ways to tell their stories and transform society through innovation and collaboration. The Faculty of Information and SKETCH's partnership gives a visible platform to engage with the necessary perspectives of individuals who may not otherwise be heard. The exhibition acts as a call to assert that voice while critically investigating the information practices we take for granted.
